Boxnutt is special because of the people who use it.
The guidelines below are based on collective input from people using Boxnutt. These are suggestions to help keep our community positive and to ensure that every box is useful to other people.

Be nice
Boxnutt is a community of people. We know that tastes are personal, but be respectful in your comments and conversations.

Credit Your Sources
Boxes are the most useful when they have links back to the original source. If you notice that a box is not sourced correctly, you can rebox it to a better suited page. Finding the original source is always preferable to a secondary source such as Google Image Search or a blog entry.

Avoid Self Promotion
Boxnutt is designed to curate and share things you love. If there is news, photos or videos you're proud of, box away! However, try not to use Boxnutt purely as a tool for self-promotion.

Post to the most appropriate page possible
When sharing content, post to the most appropriate page. This way the most relevant content will be shown to those who wish to discover it.

Report Objectional Content
We do not allow nudity or hateful content. If you find content that is objectionable or violates our Terms of Service you can submit the content for review by pushing the "Report" link.
